Every home cinema is unique, so every screen we sell is custom-built to order directly from the factory. By operating without local warehouses, retail shops, or middleman overheads, we pass those premium manufacturing savings directly on to you.

How long does delivery take to Australia?

Because each screen is made to order, standard sea freight delivery takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on current logistics. If you need your screen for a rapidly approaching project, express air freight can be arranged for an additional cost.

Who makes the screens and can I visit the factory?

We act as the direct Australian representative for our specialised manufacturing partner in China. This direct relationship is how we ensure top-tier quality control. Manufacturing facility tours can absolutely be arranged by appointment! If you can't make it in person, we provide comprehensive updates, including photos and videos of your specific screen being built, tested, and packed on the factory floor.

How difficult is the screen installation?

Our Fixed Frame screens require basic assembly and tensioning, and hang on the wall much like a large picture frame. Motorised and Premium Motorised units require no fabric tensioning—simply mount the casing and plug it in. Simple installation manuals are provided, and our support team is always available to help.

Does the screen come with a warranty?

Absolutely. All of our motorised screens come with a comprehensive 6-year manufacturer warranty covering any defects in materials or motorised parts. We also provide lifetime support for all our Australian customers.

How does the payment process work?

Once you click ‘Send Order’ and we confirm your factory specifications, a 40% deposit is required to begin manufacturing. Production takes about 1 week. The remaining balance is only due right before final doorstep delivery.

What custom screen sizes are available?

We can manufacture any standard 16:9 diagonal size from 50" up to 200"+. Our most popular home cinema sizes are 100", 110", 120", 130", 140", and 150". If your room requires a highly specific dimension in between those sizes, our calculator can handle it.

Should I choose an ALR or Standard White screen?

ALR (Ambient Light Rejecting) fabric features a specialised grey surface designed to absorb ambient room light, drastically improving contrast and picture quality in living rooms with windows or downlights. Standard White fabric is best reserved for dedicated, pitch-black cinema rooms.
