Do you have any stock available?

No, we do not store stock. Every screen is a custom job produced directly from the factory to suit your specific needs and demand - no middleman fees for storage, shops, or overheads. This ensures you get the best possible price with no unnecessary markups.

Are you a business?

We act as a bridge between the factory and clients. We facilitate communication and coordinate orders for local customers. Our screens are unbranded - otherwise they would double or even triple in price when branded for the international brands we supply to (we cannot disclose their names due to confidentiality agreements). You get the same premium quality at a fraction of the retail price.

Can I pick up the screen?

Pickup is available, but delivery is recommended due to packaging size. Standard delivery takes up to 7 weeks depending on logistics at the time. Express delivery can be arranged for an additional cost if you need it faster.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes! The factory is located in China. We can provide the address for those who wish to visit. Manufacturing facility tours can be arranged by appointment.

How do I get a quote?

How is the screen assembled?

Screens are delivered in rolled form. Simple installation manuals are provided. Motorised frames don't require tensioning - just hang them. Installation is not included but is straightforward.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes! All screens come with a 6-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

How to place an order?

Once requirements are finalised, a 40% deposit is required to confirm your order. The factory will provide an official order confirmation, then manufacture begins (approximately 1 week). The remaining balance is due before doorstep delivery.

What screen sizes are available?

Any size from 50" to 200"+ diagonal. Common sizes include 100", 120", 150" and we can make anything in between or beyond.

What's the difference between ALR and normal screens?

ALR (Ambient Light Rejecting) screens have a grey surface that absorbs ambient light, improving picture quality in rooms with some light. Normal white screens work best in dark rooms.
